A natural doctor recomended this product to me, she said that it was the safest form of iron to take. I was unsure if it would give me all that I needed considering that I am anemic, but it works great and I don’t have all the side affects that regular iron would give me, and I also don’t have to worry about it giving me kidney stones as the others may have.
