This book is very informative and it plain words that anyone can understand. It also highlights the topics in a small box which is great for quick references. It is by far the easiest and well put together books I have on Holistic health.

Almost 20 years ago, as my journey and quest into the wonders of natural medicine began, the universe sent me two very special people – Greg and Mary Wulff-Tilford.
