Unless you’re really handy with chopping with a cleaver, these herb scissors are for you. They make garnishing a breeze. You’ll never chop parsley again!

The RSVP Herb Scissors save time and energy. I received them as a gift, and was so happy that I order 2 of them as gifts for a couple of gourmet friends. They reduce preparation time to a fraction. They are easily cleaned by running a table knife between the blades, and wash in a jiffy. Though I don’t recommend this practice for everybody, I also use them to cut eggs and cold cuts.

These scissors are a real time saver. They work well on fresh herbs if the herbs are dry (so wash the herbs well in advance and let them dry). They are fun and easy to use.
