Like wide spectrum herbs and spices, things that are used in everyday cooking.
Anything outside of herbs and spices are appreciated, too.

(If your a big garlic and pepper fan, like I am, try: McCormick’s ‘California Style’ Garlic Pepper, with red bell & black pepper. It is SO GOOD! I use it in almost everything)
Others that are great for cooking with, but aren’t so commonly used are: Rosemary, Thyme, Cumin, Paprika, Lemon Pepper.
*McCormick makes Great spices and seasonings*
Also, Olive Oil is great for cooking with! It’s healthy for you and I’ve heard it helps curb cravings and help your appetite control.
