		<description>I would say no........put the seeds ,. plant food and bug stoppers in ground and water the row or holes before covering.......and then water all of surface.......do not flood. Have fun and good eating.......If you have to much .......you know who to call.:)</description>

		<description>Some small seeds are meant to germinate on the surface and would probably sprout in a neighbors garden downwind. Even if the seeds need covering the wind will dry things out quickly so keep them watered.  RScott</description>

		<description>they will dry out more quickly so need more watering - can you protect them at all - ensure the soil isn&#039;t going to blow away? How windy? Don&#039;t suppose you want to germinate them inside and then plant them out? Either way, unless they are tiny like carrot seeds (which may blow away) they should survive unless it is gale force winds if you keep them from drying out too much. Good Luck</description>
